I have a vacuum that sucks out the dust when the graphite is being machined and dipping the thing in oil will render the vacuum useless. I have reduced my stepdown to mm and have cranked up the RPM to 7000. My supervisor still insists that I apply a 50% feed override to the machine and it seems to be working as I am now finished machining
